Something special is simmering at The Ohio Building. The historic downtown landmark is set to unveil a brand-new dining experience — Sips & Savories at The Ohio — a restaurant concept slated to officially open in 2026. But curious food lovers won’t have to wait until next year to get a taste.
 

This July and August, The Ohio Building invites guests to a limited-run pop-up restaurant preview of Sips & Savories at The Ohio, offering an exclusive first look at what’s cooking behind the scenes.

Preview nights will take place Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, beginning July 17th through August 29th, during the following dates:
● July 17th & 18th

• July 23rd, 24th & 25th

• July 30th, 31st & August 1st
● August 13th, 14th & 15th

• August 20th, 21st & 22nd

• August 27th, 28th & 29th

Reservations will be required for preview nights on July 17th, and 18th.
